Operating from our base in Horsham, West Sussex we offer a wide range of industry leading solutions for managing conflict situations in the workplace from mediation, neutral or cultural assessments through to grievance, disciplinary or more serious investigations.
We believe that understanding and prevention are part of a more holistic approach and as such we provide a wide range of awareness and mediation skills training tailored to suit our clients’ needs. This includes assisting employers to integrate conflict management and resolution schemes through policy and process review, cultural change and improving skills.

Andrew Gent
Andy has considerable experience as a senior manager in several public sector and NFP organisations. With over 45 years investigative experience, 35 yrs police service, 10 years of which as Head of Investigations in Professional Standards, he has a proven track record as a nationally accredited investigator across a wide range of disciplines including serious incidents, public complaints, workplace grievances and misconduct matters. An ILM qualified workplace Investigator and a member of both the Association of Workplace Investigators and the Association of Corporate Investigators, he is an OCN accredited workplace mediator and a trainer with 35 years’ exposure of delivering to a variety of audiences
He has expertise in identifying and delivering policy and process reforms, cultural change and service delivery improvement through the development of individual skills, team dynamics, and leadership mentoring.

Linda Gent
With over 35 years of experience in HR and Learning & Development and a Fellow of the CIPD Linda has a broad range of skills and knowledge, coupled with experience in both private and public sectors. She is expert in resolving People problems and working with Executive teams, developing strategy for both HR functions and operational management.
A qualified and accredited coach, trainer and mediator Linda is highly experienced in human factors in the workplace and excited about helping organisations to build a more positive, productive workplace that realises the true potential of its people.
