Why Us?

Although we are a young company we have significant experience, not only in our field but broader management including areas of high risk both in the operational and people sense. Operating from our base in Horsham, West Sussex we are able to offer a wide range of solutions for managing conflict situations in the workplace from mediation through to grievance and disciplinary investigations.

However, we believe that understanding and prevention are part of a more holistic approach and as such we are able to provide a wide range of awareness and mediation skills training tailored to suit our clients’ needs. This includes assisting employers to integrate conflict management and resolution schemes through policy and process review, cultural change and improving skills.

Our Team

ANDREW GENT

Andrew Gent

Andy has considerable experience as a senior manager in a number of public sector and NFP organisations. With over 35 years police service, 10 years of which as Head of Investigations in Professional Standards, he has a proven track record as a nationally accredited investigator across a wide range of disciplines including serious incidents, public complaints, workplace grievances and misconduct matters. He has proven expertise of policy making in this arena and was the key decision maker in two organisations for all disciplinary and complaints cases.

He is an OCN accredited workplace mediator and a trainer and presenter with 35 years’ exposure of delivering to a variety of audiences.

He has expertise in identifying and delivering process reforms, cultural change and service delivery improvement through the development of individual skills, team dynamics, and leadership mentoring.

LINDA THOMAS

Linda Thomas

With over 25 years of experience in HR and Learning & Development Linda has a broad range of skills and knowledge, coupled with experience in both private and public sectors. She is practised in working with Executive teams, developing strategy for both HR functions and operational management.

A qualified mediator, coach and trainer Linda is highly experienced in the human factors in the workplace and excited about helping organisations to build a more productive, less adversarial way of dealing with conflict in the workplace.

Our Partners and Associates

We are developing a network of alliances, partnerships and associates of like minded and skilled individuals or organisations to provide a broader range of skills and experience and to allow mutual support when the occasion demands. This also provides for a structured approach to Continued Professional Development, practise review and joint product development in relation to courses.
