Investigations Services

We specialise in a wide range of workplace investigations including disciplinary, grievance, whistleblowing, and serious incidents. We have experience in conducting neutral assessments of workplace problems and conducting reviews of previous investigations to provide employers which options for resolution.

Mediation Services

We have a proven track in resolving workplace disputes through facilitated conversation or mediation in a range of scenarios from relationship challenges between two party’s through to group-based disputes.

Coaching

We offer executive coaching services as a dedicated specialism for leaders to thrive in the challenging health and social care environment. Led by EMCC-accredited senior coach Linda Gent, our coaching supports leaders to build confidence, resilience, and clarity in complex and demanding settings.

HR Consultancy Services

We can partner with you to make all your people priorities sing, with a wide range of HR services across the employee life cycle including Organisational Design and Development, strategy development, team development, senior leadership selection. We are accredited to implement psychometric tools for selection and development and experts in all employee relations matters.

Training, Development & CPD

We have designed and delivered a selection of bespoke training courses for in-house delivery, we will always work with you to understand your needs, developing and delivering solutions that are just right for you. The courses we have delivered aim to provide managers the skills and confidence to have difficult conversations, resolve workplace disputes or manage, investigate or hear grievance and disciplinary cases.

About Us

We are a small company with significant experience, not only in our field but broader management including areas of high risk in the operational and people sense. Operating from our base in Horsham, West Sussex we offer a wide range of industry leading solutions for managing conflict situations in the workplace from mediation, neutral or cultural assessments through to grievance, disciplinary or more serious investigations.

We believe that understanding and prevention are part of a more holistic approach and as such we provide a wide range of awareness and mediation skills training tailored to suit our clients’ needs. This includes assisting employers to integrate conflict management and resolution schemes through policy and process review, cultural change and improving skills.
